ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This privacy notice contains information about InnoDeco's processing of personal data.
The Company recognises that the protection of personal data is important to its customers and partners and other data subjects ("Data Subjects") and is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of each Data Subject.
This privacy notice is addressed to you, our customers and partners, and your representatives (employees and other authorised persons who have contact with the Company). It explains and informs the Company about how personal data is processed and what rights you and your representatives have.
In processing personal data, the Company complies with all legislation governing the protection of personal data, the instructions of the competent authorities, as well as the standards and procedures established to ensure that personal data are processed accurately, fairly, lawfully, transparently and securely.

You voluntarily provide personal data to the Company. The Company must process it in order to enter into contracts with you, to properly perform its obligations towards you and to fulfil other legal obligations. If you do not provide personal data, the Company will not be able to enter into transactions with you or provide you with other services that you require.
Personal data the purposes and legal bases for processing - the conclusion and performance of contracts with customers, including the collection of debts from defaulting customers (legal basis: processing is necessary for the performance of the contract; processing is also necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company and of you when the Company processes personal data of the representatives you have indicated to us who are authorised to communicate with the Company), the compulsory accounting for the performance of economic operations (legal basis: Compliance with a legal obligation to which the Company is subject), analytics (statistics) of business transactions (legal basis: the Company's legitimate interests to analyse and keep statistics on its business operations).
Personal data processed by the company data recipients - employees of the Company, as well as the Company's partners, to whom we may, in individual cases, transfer personal data necessary for the fulfilment of your orders in order to fulfil our obligations to you. In the cases prescribed by law, the Company also provides your data to the relevant public authorities in order to fulfil its obligations.
How and why we collect and use your personal data
InnoDeco needs your personal data, which may be collected in the following ways. Our Privacy Policy sets out what you can expect when we collect personal data about:
- websites (www.įmone.lt) visitors;
- who has contacted us
- persons who have purchased our products;
- candidates for the job.
Contact us
Our website provides a number of ways for you to contact us. We receive, review and respond to all communications ourselves. To contact us on the Website, you will need to provide us with your name, telephone number and email address. If you contact us by email, we will process the following data: your name, email address and the text of your correspondence. Such data will be processed in order to prepare the performance of the contract. If you do not provide your contact details, it will not be possible to contact you. Please note that the website may also use email monitoring or blocking software and it is your responsibility to ensure that the emails you send do not contain illegal content. If an order is fulfilled, the electronic version of the order is stored in accordance with the established procedures, and if the order is not fulfilled, the enquiry form and correspondence are deleted from the company's e-mail, except for information that is subject to other time limits set out in the Privacy Policy or in law.
Any personal data you provide when you interact with us is only used for the purposes set out above and to view messages and administer and manage communication flows. We undertake not to use your personal data in any publications in a way that could identify you without your explicit consent. Please note that we may need to contact you by post, email or telephone. Please do not forget to notify us of any changes to your personal data.
We do not normally disclose your personal data, but in order to ensure business continuity and the proper provision of services and delivery of goods, we disclose information about you to our employees: administration, managers, production foreman, as reasonably necessary for those purposes, as set out in this Privacy Policy. In certain circumstances, we may be obliged to transfer personal data when:
- we are required to disclose information by law, including where we are required to disclose personal data to tax authorities and law enforcement authorities for the purposes of crime prevention and detection;
- we are required to disclose personal data in connection with legal proceedings or in order to obtain legal advice, or disclosure is necessary to establish, exercise or defend our rights;
- disclosure is necessary to protect our interests or the interests of others (for example, to prevent fraud);
- disclosure is necessary to protect your vital interests (for example, if you feel unwell on our premises and we need to seek medical help);
The Company shall not keep personal data processed by it for longer than the purposes of the processing or as required by law or the expiry of the statute of limitations for any claims.
You have the right to request that the Company has access to your personal data processed by the Company, to have them rectified or erased, or to restrict the processing of the data, or to object to the processing of the data, as well as the right to data portability.
Where the Company processes your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular case, to the processing of personal data concerning you by the Company.
The right to erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing are not absolute and legislation may provide for additional conditions for their exercise.
You have the right to ask us to delete your personal data. Please note that we will only be able to comply with such a request if:
- Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected (for example, we need your personal data in order to respond to your emails);
- we are prohibited by law from collecting, storing or using personal data;
- Your personal data is not necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim, for example in legal proceedings.
You have the right to ask us to restrict or not process your personal data:
- the period of time necessary to verify the accuracy of your personal data when you make a complaint about the accuracy of the data;
- where our collection, storage or use of your personal data is unlawful, but you choose not to request erasure;
- where we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim;
- the period necessary to determine whether we have an overriding legal basis to continue processing your personal data if you have exercised your right to object to the processing of personal data.
You have the right to the transfer of the data we have received from you with your consent or for the purpose of concluding a contract. If you exercise this right, we will transfer a copy of the data you have provided to us upon your request.
You have the right to object to our use of your personal data:
- where we use such data to pursue our legitimate interests, but we do not have an overriding legal basis for continuing to use your personal data;
Complaints
You are important to us and it is important for us to ensure the protection of your personal data. We apply strict standards to the collection and use of personal data. We therefore take any complaints about our use of your personal data very seriously and please let us know about any problems with this. When you contact us to make a complaint, we will only use your personal data to investigate and respond to the complaint and to assess the quality of our services. If we receive a complaint about a member of our team, we may need to disclose your personal identity to that person. You may indicate that you do not want your personal identity disclosed and we will endeavour to comply with your request. However, it may not always be possible to deal with a complaint anonymously. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may also lodge a complaint directly with the National Data Protection Inspectorate. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the Member State where you are domiciled, where you work or where the suspected infringement took place.
If you are concerned about the Company's actions/non-actions that you believe may not comply with this Privacy Notice or the law, you may contact the Company at any time, in any way that is convenient for you.
If you are unable to resolve the matter with the Company, you have the right to contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate, which is responsible for the supervision and control of legislation on the protection of personal data.
